Let’s Work Together – Your Way.

What working with me would look like:

You weren’t meant to live on autopilot. My 1:1 coaching is for women ready to get clear, break old patterns, and design a life that finally fits. Together, we identify what’s keeping you stuck, define what you truly want, and create simple, intentional action steps—so you move forward with clarity, confidence, and accountability. This is clarity with direction, and action that feels aligned, not exhausting.

My packages start at $333 per month and include the following:

  • Bi-weekly private 1:1 coaching calls

  • Full session recap summaries - These notes allow you to focus on the call and I include a recap with action items at the end of each session

  • Messaging Support - Ongoing communication through Voxer (free)

  • Finalized summary of progress, milestones and future alignment analysis

The international average hourly rate of a brand new certified life coach is $150/hour. At current market rates, my skillset is valued between $150-$200 per hour.

My Coaching & Consulting rates of $150-$200 reflect a Level 2 Certified coach through Inner Glow Circle, an International Coaching Federation (ICF) recognized program.  In addition to my certification, I am currently in the process of obtaining the hours required as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the ICF.

The PCC credential is a recognized standard for advanced coaching expertise offered by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). It signifies that a coach has achieved a higher level of competency in coaching skills, knowledge, and ethical practices. For life coaches, the PCC credential demonstrates a commitment to ethical practices and a deeper understanding of coaching competencies.

While coaching isn’t yet a regulated industry, the ICF is considered the gold standard — known for its rigorous training, ethical guidelines, and commitment to quality.

Coaching is not covered by health insurance and, therefore, is considered a “luxury” service.
