I am an Idaho native, mom to two nearly grown daughters, and dog mom to one spoiled Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. You’ll usually find me outside being active any chance I get, volunteering, traveling, thrifting with my kids, watching sports, lifting weights or hanging out on a patio with my favorite guy, Tom.  

After 25+ years in Talent Acquisition—helping thousands of people get hired, grow their careers, and realize their potential—I followed my heart into Coaching. I bring corporate expertise, a passion for people, and a grounded, goal-focused style to my work.

I am a coaching through IGC and am currently on track to obtaining my Level 2, Professional Certified Coach. The PCC, credential is a recognized standard for advanced coaching expertise offered by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). It signifies that a coach has achieved a higher level of competency in coaching skills, knowledge, and ethical practices. For life coaches, the PCC credential demonstrates a commitment to ethical practices and a deeper understanding of coaching competencies.

My coaching style is grounded, goal-focused, and real. I show up as my true self: compassionate, honest, direct, and (hopefully) a little bit funny. I’ve achieved some pretty big goals in my own life—from losing 80 pounds and stepping on a bodybuilding stage at 42, to surviving breast cancer and hitting career and financial milestones I once thought was out of reach. I know the power of purpose and persistence.

Now, I get to help others do the same—find your potential, passion and purpose. Because the life you want is not out of reach-and I'll help you go after them.
